The BMW M3 has revealed at the 77th Geneva Motorshow. The E92 generation M3 is rumoured to have a 4.0L V8 producing in excess of 400hp. While the exact figures have yet to be confirmed, the styling of the production model is tipped to resemble concept car shown here.

The BMW M3 front apron is dominated by three extra-large air intakes. A power dome hood plus bonnet vents, unique front and rear fascias, rear diffusers, a carbon fibre roof (which featured on the E46 M3 CSL), and the vented front plastic fenders. Nineteen-inch, sixteen-spoke forged alloy wheels will be standard with optional twenty-inch rims available. Transmission will be available in a conventional six-speed manual or a new 7-speed SMG gearbox.
